American Business Women's Association (ABWA) has been a significant thread woven tightly in the fabric of American history. Its unparalleled success in supporting the professional development of workingwomen has in fact, changed women's lives, one woman at a time. ABWA celebrates 60 years at the 2009 National Women's Leadership Conference, Sept. 24-26 in Kansas City . A national association dedicated to providing business training for women of diverse background through education for career advancement and personal development, ABWA has thousands of members in chapters and Express Networks nationwide. ABWA has dedicated more than half a century to women's education and provided workplace skills and career development training for more than 545,000 members. Whether it is to develop skills or to contribute to the education of women by providing scholarships, ABWA offers members many ways to build for their future through personal and professional growth. A three course meal will be served and cost will be as follows:

Prior to Friday close-of-business before meeting: Members: $35; Non-members Prepaid: $45; (includes dinner, speaker and networking). After Friday prior to meeting (includes showing up at door), Members/Guests: $50 Cash/Check.

Join Soul Coach and Hand Analyst, Peggie Arvidson as she leads you in the revolution to stamp out "good enough" so you can revel in laughter, joy and squeals of satisfaction on a daily basis. Where might you be settling in your life? If your business is rolling along and growing, are you receiving as much satisfaction out of your love life? Maybe you've got the lover of your dreams filling your days and nights with joy and satisfaction but you can't seem to put any money in the bank in your career? There's a reason you're settling and there's a way to get out of that rut. Meetings are held on the first Thursday of each month. Come early for networking – anytime after 6 PM. The agenda will begin at 6:30 PM, dinner will be served at 6:45. The main program begins promptly at 7:00 PM
